T Cell Activation/Expansion Kit, mouse
该试剂盒适用于活化和扩增小鼠的T细胞。包含生物素标记的微磁珠（Anti-Biotin MACSiBead Particles）和生物素化的人CD3ε及CD28的抗体。磁珠加载抗体后可以模拟抗原递呈细胞而激活静息T细胞，这些静息T细胞可以来源于脾或淋巴结的单细胞悬液，也可以使分选出来的纯的T细胞。培养6-8天后再次激活即可得到T细胞的扩增。
应用：
● 激活并扩增小鼠的静息T细胞（如脾细胞来源的T细胞）
