T Cell Activation/Expansion Kit, human
T Cell Activation/Expansion Kit适用于活化或扩增人的T细胞。该试剂盒包含：生物素标记的微磁珠（Anti-Biotin MACSiBead Particles）和生物素化的人CD2, CD3及CD28的抗体。二者结合可以模拟抗原递呈细胞而激活PBMC中或分选出来的T细胞中的静息的T细胞，约培养14天后即可得到T细胞的扩增。
应用
● 活化和扩增PBMC中的静息T细胞。
● 活化和扩增用微磁珠（如CD4 MicroBeads (# 130-045-101)
或CD8 MicroBeads (# 130-045-201)）进行阳性分选得到的T细胞；也可以活化用Pan T Cell Isolation Kit II (#
130-091-156)，CD4+ T Cell Isolation Kit II (# 130-091-155) 或CD8+ T Cell Isolation Kit II (# 130-091-154)进
行阴性分选得到的T细胞。
