T Cell Activation/Expansion Kit, non-human primate
该产品适用于激活/扩增恒河猴(Macaca mulatta)的T细胞。试剂盒中提供的CD3抗体也可以与猕猴(M. fascicularis)和豚尾猕猴(M. nemestrina)发生交叉反应；提供的CD2和CD28抗体可以与猕猴发生交叉反应。与其他非人灵长类的交叉反应还没有验证。
T Cell Activation/Expansion Kit适用于活化或扩增人的T细胞。该试剂盒包含：生物素标记的微磁珠（Anti-Biotin MACSiBead Particles）和生物素化的人CD2, CD3及CD28的抗体。二者结合可以模拟抗原递呈细胞而激活PBMC中或分选出来的T细胞中的静息的T细胞，约培养14天后即可得到T细胞的扩增。
应用
● 活化和扩增恒河猴PBMC中的静息T细胞。
● 扩增抗原特异性T细胞。
