酶活性分析混合物：50 mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.3), 8 mM MgCl2 , 30 mM KCl, 1 mM DTT, 0.5 mM dTTP, 0.4 MBq/ml [3 H]-dTTP, 0.4 mM polyA・oligo(dT)12-18 。
200 mM磷酸钾, 2 mM DTT, 0.2% (v/v) Triton X-100和50% (v/v) 甘油(pH 7.2)。
- 抑制剂：金属螯合剂和无机磷酸盐。焦磷酸钠可降低AMV RT活性，但是当其浓度<4 mM时可，增加全长cDNA的产量(2)。
- 失活：85°C加热5分钟。
