产品简介：
WorkBeadsTM 40Ni采用了专利技术的交联方法。该产品可以承受高流速以及拥有极好的物理稳定性。琼脂糖为基质的填料已经应用于工业生产几十年，其与生物分子（如蛋白质，核酸,以及糖类等）相容性好并且特异性高。另外人工合成材的基质存在许多微孔，这会导致柱子微环境pH值的变化，而琼脂糖基质没有微孔，这极大的提高了柱子的分离效果。该填料采用溴醇方法活化，在N i离子和琼脂糖基质之间存在一个间隔臂。Workbeads 40Ni已经预螯合了Ni，因此用户只需将琼脂糖装入柱中即可以直接进行重组蛋白的分离纯化。该填料温保存在22%的乙醇中，经过冲洗后可以直接使用。
