- 抑制剂：目前最有效的抑制剂是哺乳动物核糖核酸酶抑制剂，如Ribolock™ RNase Inhibitor (#EO0381)。其它抑制剂：尿苷2’,3’-环钒酸盐、5’-双磷酸腺苷3’-磷酸盐和5’-双磷酸腺苷2’-磷酸盐(2)、SDS、焦碳酸二乙酯（DEPC）、4 M异硫氰酸胍加上0.1M 2 -巯基乙醇、重金属离子等。
- 失活：加热不能使之失活，建议采用过柱法或苯酚/氯仿抽提除去该酶。
备注
- RNase A的推荐浓度(1-100 �μg/ml)因应 用类型不同而异。
- 该酶在多种反应条件下均有活性。低盐离子浓度时(0-100 �mM NaCl)，RNase A可切割单链RNA、双链RNA以 及RNA-DNA杂合子中的RNA；然而当 NaCl浓度超过0.3M时，RNase A则特异性切割单链RNA (9)。
