Saracatinib(AZD0530)是一种有效的Src抑制剂，其IC50值为2.7 nM，对c-Yes、Fyn、Lyn、Blk、Fgr、Lck也具有抑制活性 Saracatinib抑制Src的激活，通过诱导G1/S期细胞周期停滞抑制细胞生长，阻止细胞迁移，诱导细胞自噬。

使用方法（数据来自于公开发表的文献，仅供参考）
（一）细胞实验（体外实验）
Saracatinib(1 μM; 24-48 h)作用于A549细胞，Saracatinib呈剂量依赖性的抑制细胞迁移和细胞侵袭。[1]
（二）动物实验（体内实验）
Saracatinib(50 mg/kg/d; 口服给药)处理移植了Panc410细胞的雌性无胸腺裸鼠，28天后与对照组相比，在实验组中，Saracatinib(AZD0530)明显下调Src、FAK、p-FAK和pSTAT-3的表达水平。[2]
