检测的金标准应该是电镜结果，tunnel不应算是金标准，因为容易出现假阳性，另外现在DNA ladder基本已经不用了，因为并非所有的细胞凋亡都会出现ladder。所以我认为凋亡检测最好有电镜结果，如果没有的话可以用annexin v-pi双染进行早期凋亡和晚期凋亡的检测，然后加上western的凋亡蛋白定量表达结果（BCl-2,bcl-xl,bax,bad,caspase系列）这样做即定量，又可以区分早期和晚期凋亡，此外还有利于解释凋亡的发生机制，应该比较好。 ycdwbj
