O’GeneRuler™ Ultra Low Range DNA ladders适合siRNA分析(见图 1)。
其与6X Orange DNA Loading Dye预先混合(含有二甲苯青FF和orange G)。Orange G在1%琼脂糖凝胶中的迁移速率与50 bp条带接近。因此O’GeneRuler™ DNA ladders更适合小片段的DNA分子检测。
Ladders 产品中配套提供6X Orange DNA Loading Dye可用于样本DNA电泳前处理。
-20°C可保存更长时间。
电泳条件：5%琼脂糖凝胶, 1X TBE buffer, 7 V/cm, 45分钟。
