Description 
Purified Monoclonal Antibody against Chromogranin A (LK2H10)
(Formerly Signet Catalog Nos: 215-01, 215-16 L1 Predilute, 215-26 L2 Predilute, 215-36 LV Predilute)Intended Use ** In Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) ** Clone LK2H10 Form Purified Antibody (in PBS + 0.1% NaN3 + 1% BSA) Host Mouse Species Reactivity Chromogranin A Monoclonal Antibody, Purified (SIGNET)Human IsoType IgG1/kappa Specificity The anti-Chromogranin A antibody recognizes a 68kDa protein tht is expressed by most cells of the diffuse neuroendocrine system. Clone LK2H10 has been shown to stain both normal and neoplastic endocrine tissue containing secretory granules. In tumors with abundant secretory granules, staining is intense and diffuse. In tumors with few granules (e.g. Merkel cell carcinoma), focal staining is observed. Endocrine tissues without secretory granules and non-endocrine tissues do not stain with clone LK2H10.
This antibody was developed using human pheochromocytoma.

Suggested Working Dilution The optimal working dilution should be determined for each specific assay condition. - IHC: ≥1:40 (concentrated format) for Biotin based detection systems such as USA Ultra Streptavidin Detection (SIG-32250)
Tissue Sections: Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissues
Pretreatment: Not required
Incubation: 20-60 minutes at room temperature
