Purified Monoclonal Antibody against Folate Binding Protein (FBP)

This product is sold for laboratory research use only, not for human or in-vivo use.Clone LK26 Form MUC-1 Monoclonal Antibody, Purified (SIGNET)Purified Antibody (in 0.01M PBS + 0.1% NaN3 + 1% BSA) Host Mouse IsoType IgG2a [Ab] 400 ug/mL Specificity The LK26 antigen is a 35-40kDa cell surface glycoprotein expressed in normal placenta and gestational choriocarcinoma. This antibody was generated against gestational choriocarcinoma cell line, Lu-75 and detects folate-binding protein (FBP). Uses This antibody is effective in immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunoprecipitation (IP). Suggested Working Dilution The optimal working dilution should be determined for each specific assay condition. - IHC: ≥1:40
