测定意义：PDH（EC 1.2.4.1）广泛存在于动物、植物、微生物和培养细胞中，是ACE酸脱氢酶复合体(PDHC)催化ACE酸氧化脱羧的限速酶，催化ACE酸脱梭生成羟乙基-TPP，把糖酵解和三羧酸循环连接起来。
测定原理：PDH催化ACE酸脱氢，同时还原2,6-二氯-酚靛酚（2,6-DCPIP），从而导致600nm光吸收的减少。
需要的仪器，耗材:可见分光光度计/酶标仪、水浴锅、台式离心机、可调式移液器、微量石英比色皿/96孔板、研钵、冰和蒸馏水。
