细胞色素c1 为细胞色素 c的一种,是药剂师寺英次郎、奥贯一男( 1940)从牛的心肌中发现的,也称为细胞色素 e。可在动植物、酵母的线粒体内膜和某种细菌中见到。含有血红素 c的还原型具有 553、 523、 418毫微米的吸收带,氧化型为 410— 411毫微米。用表面活性剂可从组织中溶解提取出来。最小分子量约 3.6万,而在溶液中显示出 36万的分子量。标准氧化还原电位 E'= 0.223V,等电点 pH3.6。不能自动氧化,可被氧化型的细胞色素 c氧化,参与从细胞色素 b
