| Comments: | Animals were immunized with a human colon cancer cell line (HT-29, see ATCC HTB-38 ). The antibody reacts with human colon adenocarcinoma cells. It does not react with frozen sections of normal adult tissues. This is one of a panel of hybridomas (ATCC HB-8232 and ATCC HB-8240 through ATCC HB-8252 ) that can be used to diagnose and classify human gastrointestinal tract cancers. |
