蛋白构建：The amino acid sequence corronding to (Met 1-Gln 203) of mouse FCGR4 (NP_653142.2) was fused with a c-terminal polyhistidine tagged AVI tag at the C-terminus. The expressed protein was biotinylated in vivo by the Biotin-Protein ligase (BirA enzyme) which is co-expressed.

蛋白活性：1. Measured by its ability to bind human IgG1 (Fc) (Cat:10702-HNAC) in a functional ELISA. 2. Using the Octet RED System, the affinity constant (Kd) of FCGR4 Protein, Mouse, Recombinant (His & AVI Tag), Biotinylated (Cat. 50036-M27H-B) bound to IgG1 Antibody was 0.03 μM.
