Es Taq DNA Polymerase具有5′→3′ DNA聚合酶活性和5′→3′ 外切核酸酶活性。在普通的PCR条件下,与Taq DNA Polymerase相比,具有扩增效率高、错配率低的优良性能,兼具有Taq DNA Polymerase的高扩增效率和Pfu DNA Polymerase的高保真性。使用本品扩增得到的PCR产物3′端附有一个“A”碱基,因此可直接用于T/A克隆。本产品适用于常规的PCR反应和对保真性有要求的基因克隆等反应。
