Description 
Monoclonal Antibody against Thrombomodulin clone Phx-02 Intended Use **Research Use Only (RUO)**
This product is sold for laboratory research use only, not for human or in-vivo use.Clone Phx-02 Form Purified Antibody (Stored in PBS & 0.03% Thimerosal) Host Mouse Species Reactivity Thrombomodulin (Phx-02) Monoclonal Antibody, Purified Mammalian IsoType IgG1 [Ab] 1 mg/mL Specificity Thrombomodulin is an endothelial cell surface glycoprotein involved in the regulation of coagulation. Via a direct interaction with thrombin, thrombomodulin causes down-regulation of multiple pro-coagulation pathways in order to preserve the anticoagulant properties of the endothelial cell surface. This antibody reacts with an epitope within the EGF 2 domain. Uses This antibody is effective in immunoblotting, immunostaining and ELISA. Suggested Working Dilution The optimal working dilution should be determined for each specific assay condition. - Western blot: 1:500*
