    说明

    一般描述:凝血酶是止血相关的最终凝血蛋白酶，对促凝血和抗凝血作用都有所促进。

    应用:凝血酶可用于含有可接近的凝血酶识别位点以除去亲和标签的重组融合蛋白的位点特异性切割。凝血酶已用于一项对从脓毒性休克患者中持续性低凝状态进行评估的研究中。

    生化/生理作用:丝氨酸蛋白酶，选择性断开纤维蛋白原中的精氨酸-甘氨酸键，形成纤维蛋白以及纤维蛋白肽A和B。

    单位定义:活性以NIH单位表示，通过与NIH凝血酶参考标准品直接对比确定。

    外形:含有氯化钠和Tris-HCl，pH 7.0的冻干粉

    制备说明:用牛脑促凝血酶原激酶进行激活。

    分析说明:基于Biggs改性法的NIH分析过程使用0.2ml稀释血浆(由血浆与等量生理盐水混合制得)作为底物，以及0.1ml凝血酶样品(在含1%白蛋白缓冲液中保持稳定)。只使用15-25秒之间的凝血时间分析凝血酶浓度。

    活性是通过与一种K批次的NIH凝血酶参考标准品进行直接比较而得到并以NIH单位进行表达的。
