Biochem/physiol Actions
测序级胰蛋白酶的参数是通过氧化的胰岛素B-链 （胰岛素Box）作为底物而被确认的。高浓度的测序级胰蛋白酶（1份重量的酶及18份重要的胰岛素Box）孵育18小时后以检测胰凝乳蛋白酶杂质的存在。

1小时后断裂：≥90%;
18小时后非特异性断裂：≤10%;

General description
测序级胰蛋白酶从牛胰腺中分离而得，可作为一种高度纯化且特异性的蛋白酶。测序级胰蛋白酶是一种丝氨酸内肽酶。它可在碱性氨基酸Arg和Lys的羧基侧对肽键进行特异性的断裂。Arg和Lys的酰胺和酯键也被切割。
