从牛胰腺中分离得到的测序级胰蛋白酶(经过修饰的)是一种高度纯化的特异性蛋白酶，随后进行修饰。
胰蛋白酶是一种高效的特异性蛋白酶，被广泛用于蛋白质组学中的蛋白消化。它产生具有独特特征的短肽，可兼容当前的分离和鉴定方法比如液相色谱、质谱(MS)。
抑制剂:TLCK、DFP、PMSF、亮肽素、大豆胰蛋白酶抑制剂、鸡蛋来源的胰蛋白酶抑制剂、抑肽酶、α2-巨球蛋白，α1-抗胰蛋白酶、APMSF和止痛剂。

Biochem/physiol Actions
胰蛋白酶是一种丝氨酸内肽酶。在 pH 7.5-9 时，特异性水解赖氨酸和精氨酸的蛋白和肽键 C 端。Arg 和 Lys 的酰胺和酯键也发生断裂。以胰岛素（胰岛素 B ox ）的氧化 B 链作为底物，验证了胰蛋白酶测序级（修饰）的特异性。将高浓度的胰蛋白酶（测序级）（经修饰，一份按重量酶加 9 份按重量胰岛素 B ox ）孵育 18 小时，以检测痕量糜蛋白酶杂质。

保存条件（工作液）：-15～-25℃
