一般描述:内蛋白酶赖氨酸-碳测序等级是从产酶溶血杆菌中分离出来的,是一种高度纯化和特异的蛋白酶。
特异性:这种酶是一种丝氨酸蛋白酶,能特异性水解赖氨酸羧基侧的酰胺、酯和肽键(在三-盐酸缓冲液中pH 7.0至9.0)。
热失活:酶可以通过加热(100℃下5分钟)或TCA变性。
应用:使用内蛋白酶赖氨酸-碳测序等级进行蛋白质结构分析和序列分析。它适用于消化溶液、聚丙烯xī酰胺凝胶或吸水膜中的蛋白质。
制备说明:储存条件(工作溶液)+2至+8℃
重悬:冻干内蛋白酶赖氨酸-碳测序等级在50& #956;L双蒸水中重构。生成缓冲液浓度为50mM Hepes、pH 8.0、10mM乙二èr胺四乙酸和5mg/ml棉子糖。为避免自溶,培养温度不应超过37℃。在4M尿素中稳定。
