一般描述:凝血酶是一种Na+变构丝氨酸蛋白酶。它属于糜蛋白酶家族。凝血酶是由两条多肽链组成，一条含有36个氨基酸残基(A链)，另一条有259个残基(B链)，两条链通过二硫键共价连接。凝血酶是凝血因子IIa。它是一种丝氨酸内肽酶，水解肽链和酯键，尤其是在Arg羧基侧的。该酶将纤维蛋白原转化为纤维蛋白。产品含有EDTA和额外的稳定剂。

应用:凝血酶可用于重组RELM(抵抗素样分子家族成员)蛋白的表达和纯化。它被用作血小板在纤维蛋白原和免疫染色分散。凝血酶用于凝血研究，医学研究，蛋白质结构分析和生化研究。它被用作血小板刺激物。

●生化/生理作用:凝血酶在凝血中有很重要的作用。它作为促凝血因子，能够将纤维蛋白原转化成不能溶解的纤维蛋白结块。通过激活蛋白质C，凝血酶可用作抗凝血剂。

●制备说明:储存条件(工作液)-15至-25℃

抑制剂:DFP，TLCK，PMSF，苯甲脒，α1抗胰蛋白酶α2巨球蛋白，抗凝血酶III，肝素，水蛭素和APMSF

●重悬:重组溶液包含20mM EDTA。

●注意:使用塑料管和枪头因为凝血酶会被玻璃表面吸附!

●储存及稳定性:储存温度2°C至8°C(干燥储存!)
