服务说明
1. 每种材料必须保证新鲜，细菌，酵母，细胞，动物组织，植物组织等样品取样后需液氮速冻或加入 RNA 保护液（ OMEGA Code ：R0424 ）浸没覆盖，加入 RNA 保护液后样品可在 37 度保存 1 天， 4 度保存一个月， -20 度和 -80 度长期保存。
2. 用于提取总 RNA 的血液样本需在 -80 度保存。
样品的运输
样品运输要求在低温下进行 , 一般采用保温性较好的容器 , 如 : 泡沫塑料盒 , 保温瓶等 . 并且在容器中加入足够的液氮或干冰 , 彻底密封好容器 .
终产品
提供结果 : 核酸样品、 OD 值、电泳图、实验报告。
