The mutations were identified in the SARS-CoV-2 variant (known as CAL.20C or B.1.429 lineage) which emerged in United States.

分子量The recombinant SARS-CoV-2 (2019-nCoV) Spike S1 consists of 681 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 76.4 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, it migrates as an approximately 93.5 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
