注：样本为 gDNA；测序平台为 MGISEQ-2000，PE100；利用 BWA 比对到参考基因组 GRCh37/hg19，以比对到 Panel 及其侧翼区域上的 reads 数计算中靶率。操作说明采用《DNA 文库杂交捕获（MGI 平台）操作指南》Version 1.5。
