描述：
骨骼和心肌是由排列良好的肌肉纤维构成的高度特异化组织。单个肌肉可以由数百甚至数千条肌肉纤维束在一起，包裹在结缔组织中。独特的肌肉组织使其很难均匀化。从肌肉组织中提取总蛋白也很困难。使用传统的基于溶液法的蛋白质提取方法如RIPA提取蛋白效率低，产率低且提取的蛋白质的图谱不完整。本试剂盒利用离心管技术以及优化的裂解液，利用物理研磨和化学裂解相结合，提供了一种简单和快速的从人或动物骨骼或心肌中提取蛋白质的高效方法。可根据下游实验选择变性裂解液或天然裂解液。整个操作过程不到10分钟即可完成，蛋白产量在2-10 mg/ml范围内。试剂盒所提供试剂及耗材可以满足客户50个样品实验。
应用：
SDS-PAGE, WB，IP，ELISA，酶活性测定和蛋白质组学分析。缓冲剂与IMAC树脂兼容，可用于His标签蛋白纯化。在质谱分析之前需将提取的蛋白质样品中的盐和表面活性剂除去。
