描述
血管组织（动脉和静脉）都是由特殊的结缔组织构成, 血管中有三层组织：膜、中膜和内皮。由于其独特的结构，血管组织非常难研磨匀浆，在提取总蛋白时也很难裂解。使用传统的溶液法提取蛋白质如RIPA，效率低，产率也很低，提取的蛋白质的图谱也是不完整的。本试剂盒利用离心管技术以及优化的裂解液，利用物理研磨和化学裂解相结合，提供了一种简单和快速的从人或动物血管组织中提取蛋白质的高效方法。可以根据特定的下游应用选择变性细胞裂解缓冲液或天然细胞裂解缓冲液。整个过程不到10分钟即可完成，蛋白质得率在1-3mg/ml。试剂盒所提供试剂及耗材可以满足客户50个样品实验。
应用
SDS-PAGE, WB，IP，ELISA，酶活性测定和蛋白质组学分析。缓冲剂与IMAC树脂兼容，可用于His标签蛋白纯化。在质谱分析之前需将提取的蛋白质样品中的盐和表面活性剂除去。
