Principle
The protocol uses alkaline thermal lysis after tangential microfiltration (cross flow filtration), which reduces clogging of membrane pores during sample concentration.
Additional Information
Use the Aquadien W2 Wash Solution (3578119) for samples that clog the membrane and for samples containing PCR inhibitors.

出来。 试剂盒公司说用叫纯化试剂盒就可以纯化基因组了，我试了，但是结果还是没有PCR出来。 之前想买个试剂盒，但是试剂和公司的人说他们之前试过提取这个样品，也没有成功。 我崩溃了！老板说让我用乙醇沉淀的方法纯化，别用试剂盒了。好吧！但是我现在连完整的基因组都没有啊~ 估计是富集得不够多，浸出液离心得到的沉淀也是杂质居多，我用过滤的方法，中速滤纸，去掉部分杂质，再离心， 提取得到有一点点条带，但是很弱，PCR也没有出来，想纯化
