    Tosyl-Gly-Pro-Arg-4-nitranilide acetate

    Application:Use Chromozym® TH as a substrate for the determination of serine proteases, specifically thrombin in aqueous solutions.

    Preparation Note

    Working concentration:Approximately 0.2 mM
    Storage conditions (working solution):2 to 8 °C
    A substrate solution(approx. 2mM) is stable for at least 4 weeks if stored at 2 to 8°C.

    Analysis Note

    Contaminant:1% free 4-nitraniline

    Other Notes
