    储 存 液 0.01M TBS(pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.03% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol.
    保存条件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

    产品介绍 background:
    The high affinity receptor for immunoglobulin G CD64 is encoded by a family of 3 genes that share over 98% of DNA sequence homology: FCGR1A, FCGR1B and FCGR1C. The FCGR1C gene, like FCGR1A, is located on 1q21. The third gene of this family, FCGR1B, was found at 1p12. CD64 plays a pivotal role in the immune response. It is a glycoprotein (MW 72 kD) that is constitutively expressed on human monocytes and macrophages. 

    Subunit:
    Interacts with FCERG1; forms a functional signaling complex. Interacts with FLNA; prevents FCGR1A degradation. Interacts with EPB41L2, LAT and PPL. Interacts with HCK and LYN.

    Subcellular Location:
    Cell membrane; Single-pass type I membrane protein. Note=Stabilized at the cell membrane through interaction with FCER1G.

    Tissue Specificity:
    Monocyte/macrophage specific.

    Similarity:
    Belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily. FCGR1 family. 
    Contains 3 Ig-like C2-type (immunoglobulin-like) domains.

    Blank control: Mouse spleen cells(blue). 
    Primary Antibody: Rabbit Anti- FCGR1A/CD64 antibody(bs-3511R), Dilution: 5μg in 100 μL 1X PBS containing 0.5% BSA; 
    Isotype Control Antibody: Rabbit IgG (orange) ,used under the same conditions.
    Secondary Antibody: Goat anti-rabbit IgG-PE(white blue), Dilution: 1:200 in 1 X PBS containing 0.5% BSA.
    Protocol
    Primary antibody (bs-3511R, 5μg /1x10^6 cells) were incubated for 30 min on the ice, followed by 1 X PBS containing 0.5% BSA + 1 0% goat serum (15 min) to block non-specific protein-protein interactions. Then the Goat Anti-rabbit IgG/PE antibody was added into the blocking buffer mentioned above to react with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for 30 min on ice. Acquisition of 20,000 events was performed.
