【产品概述】
本产品是以高度交联的6％琼脂糖凝胶为基质，可用于结合和分离富含组氨酸（Histidine）等残基的蛋白质分子。可以耐受最高0.3MPa的压力，更加稳定，可以在相对较高的流速下，实现对目的蛋白的纯化。适用于工业大规模蛋白的纯化。基质的蛋白结合容量因蛋白不同而有差异，一般每ml基质可结合数百微克至数毫克蛋白。基质可再生后重复使用数次而不丧失载量。
