金属镍琼脂糖亲和介质是络合金属镍离子（Ni）的4%浓度的交联珠状琼脂糖介质，可用于结合和分离富含组氨酸（Histidine）等残基的蛋白质分子。介质的蛋白质结合容量因蛋白不同而有差异，一般每ml介质可结合数百微克或数毫克蛋白介质可再生后重复使用数次而不丧失载量。
