MinuteTM 变性蛋白溶解液

描述
此试剂用于溶解 Invent 试剂盒提取（目录号：SM-005，SM-005-P，CP-011，MP-007，NE-013，YM-017，MM-018 和AF-023）或其他公司试剂盒提取的不可溶性蛋白。溶解的蛋白质在阴离子表面活性剂（SDS）作用下成为变性蛋白，本试剂溶解的蛋白质主要应用于 SDS-PAGE 电泳和 WB。一般情况下，溶解的蛋白质使用 SDS 去除剂（货号 WA-012，Invent）去除 SDS 后也可用于免疫沉淀和胰酶消化。
