Pyruvate Carboxylase antibody detects Pyruvate Carboxylase protein at mitochondria by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min.
Green: Pyruvate Carboxylase protein stained by Pyruvate Carboxylase antibody (GTX131987) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
PCB antibody detects PCB protein by western blot analysis. Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) and Mouse tissue extracts (50 μg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with PCB antibody (GTX131987) diluted at a dilution of 1:1000.
