Wild-type (WT) and PCSK9 knockout (KO) HeLa cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with PCSK9 antibody (GTX129859) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
PCSK9 antibody (GTX129859) detects PCSK9 by flow cytometry analysis.
Sample: HepG2 cell.
Black: Unlabelled sample was used as a control.
Red: PCSK9 antibody (GTX129859) dilution: 1:50.
Acquisition of 20,000 events were collected for FACS analysis.
PCSK9 antibody detects PCSK9 protein by western blot analysis. Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with PCSK9 antibody (GTX129859) diluted at a dilution of 1:500.
