Description
Affinity purified goat anti-rabbit IgG (H&L) antibody is conjugated to calf intestinal alkaline phosphatase.
Applications
This product has been optimized for use as a secondary antibody in western blotting and ELISA applications.
Background
The alkaline phosphatase (AP) conjugated secondary antibodies are utilized in conjunction with specific chemiluminescent or other substrates for detection on western blots. One of the advantages of AP conjugation is that the reaction rate remains linear for a long period of time.
