Description 
Polyclonal Antibody against γ-Tubulin Form Antiserum Host Rabbit Species Reactivity Human, Primate, Rodent, Xenopus Specificity γ-Tubulin Polyclonal Antibody This antibody was generated against a conserved peptide sequence (HAATRPDYISWGTQ) derived from the C-terminus of the gamma molecule. This sequence is not conserved in invertebrates; therefore the antibody does not cross-react with yeast, fungal or fly γ-tubulins. Uses This antibody is effective in immunoblotting and immunofluorescence. Suggested Working Dilution The optimal working dilution should be determined for each specific assay condition. This antibody is sold for laboratory research use only, not for human or in-vivo use.
