Description 
Monoclonal Antibody against Class II Beta Tubulin, Clone 7B9 Clone 7B9 Form Purified Antibody Host Mouse Species Reactivity Mammalian IsoType Class II β-Tubulin (7B9) Monoclonal Antibody, PurifiedIgG3 [Ab] 1 mg/mL Specificity Tubulin is a major component of microtubules. It exists as a heterodimer consiting of an alpha and a beta subunit. Class II beta tubulin is the major form of tubulin beta in neurons, although it is not neuronal specific and is found in many other tissues including lung tissue and Schwann cells. This antibody was raised against the synthetic peptide CEEEEGEDEA found at the c-terminus of beta II tubulin. Uses This antibody is effective in immunoblotting and immunofluorescence. Suggested Working Dilution The optimal working dilution should be determined for each specific assay condition. This antibody is sold for laboratory research use only, not for human or in-vivo use.
