This product is sold for laboratory research use only, not for human or in-vivo use.Clone P1D6 Form Ascites Host Integrin α5β1 Monoclonal Antibody Mouse Species Reactivity Human IsoType IgG3 [Ab] 3-5 mg/mL Specificity The P1D6 monoclonal antibody was generated against human HT1080 fibrosarcoma cells and reacts with the α5 integrin subunit. This antibody neutralizes binding of α5β1 to the central cell adhesion domain of fibronectin, which is located within a 80kDa tryptic fragment. Uses Integrin α5β1 Monoclonal Antibody This antibody is effective in immunofluorescence (IF) and immunoprecipitation (IP).
P1D6 interferes with binding of integrin-bearing cells to fibronectin but not collagen, laminin 1 or vitronectin coated surfaces.Suggested Working Dilution The optimal working dilution should be determined for each specific assay condition. - IF: 1:1,000

Storage Store at -20°C. Upon initial thawing, apportion into working aliquots and store at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles to prevent denaturing the antibody.
