Form
Integrin β2 Monoclonal Antibody Ascites
Host
Mouse
Species Reactivity
Human
IsoType
IgG2b
[Ab]
5-7 mg/ml
Specificity
The P4H9 monoclonal antibody was generated against human lymphokine activated (LAK) cells. This antibody recognizes the β2 integrin subunit and neutralizes leukocyte binding to ICAM’s 1-3.
Uses
This antibody is effective in immunofluorescence (IF) and immunoprecipitation (IP).
Suggested Working Dilution
The optimal working dilution should be determined for each specific assay condition.
IF: 1:1,000
IP: 1:1,000
Flow Cytometry: 1:1,000
Storage
Store at -20°C. Upon initial thawing, apportion into working aliquots and store at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles to prevent denaturing the antibody. For long-term storage, keep the antibody at -80°C.
