Monoclonal Antibody against α4β1 Integrin Intended Use **Research Use Only (RUO)**
This product is sold for laboratory research use only, not for human or in-vivo use.Clone P4C2 Form Integrin α4β1 Monoclonal Antibody Ascites Host Mouse Species Reactivity Human IsoType IgG3 [Ab] 1-2 mg/mL Specificity The P4C2 monoclonal antibody was generated against human Molt 4 T-lymphocytes. This antibody recognizes the α4 subunit and neutralizes binding of α4β1 to the alternatively spliced CS-1 sequence in the carboxy terminal fragment of fibronectin. P4C2 will also inhibit binding of cells to VCAM expressed on IL-1β activated endothelial cells. Uses This antibody is effective in immunofluorescence (IF) and immunoprecipitation (IP). Suggested Working Dilution The optimal working dilution should be determined for each specific assay condition. - IF: 1:1,000

Storage Integrin α4β1 Monoclonal Antibody Store at -20°C. Upon initial thawing, apportion into working aliquots and store at -20°C.
