蛋白互作Pull Down Assay
Pull Down Assays是一种体外确定两种或更多蛋白之间相互作用的方法。诱饵蛋白（bait）表达为融合标签如GST-bait的形式，固定在谷胱甘肽亲和介质上，与含有猎物蛋白（prey）的细胞裂解液或纯化蛋白孵育，从而捕获与诱饵蛋白相互作用的猎物蛋白。
应用场景
1. 验证两目标蛋白之间相互作用（Pull down）。
2. 筛选与目的蛋白相互作用的未知蛋白（Pull down-MS）。
