    pT3-EF1A-MYC-IRES-3×FLAG-Gpatch4 This plasmid is suitable for overexpression in mammalian cells. The plasmid contains the EF1a strong promoter, which can initiate the transcription of the mouse Gpatch4 gene, promoting the N-terminal fusion expression of Myc and Flag tags for easy identification and tracking of the tagged target protein in experiments such as Western blotting, immunoprecipitation, or immunofluorescence, thereby studying the expression level, subcellular localization, and interactions with other proteins of the target protein. The plasmid carries a Puro resistance gene for selecting host cells that express the target gene.
