蛋白构建：A DNA sequence encoding the Human NKG2A (P26715) (Asp57-Ile179) was fused, constructed the plasmid 1; A DNA sequence encoding Human CD94 (Q13241) (Ala113-Leu233) was expressed with a c-terminal AVI tagged polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.constructed the plasmid 2. The two plasmids were co-expressed and the Human NKG2A & CD94 Heterodimer was purified. The expressed protein was biotinylated in vivo by the Biotin-Protein ligase (BirA enzyme) which is co-expressed.
