TG1 电转感受态细胞是一种经过特殊制备、具有超高电穿孔转化效率的大肠杆菌（Escherichia coli）K-12 衍生菌株。本产品专为需要高效导入大质粒、复杂文库（如噬菌体展示文库、cDNA 文库）或BACs (细菌人工染色体) 等应用场景而优化。lacIqZΔM15 的存在使其可用于蓝白斑筛选等实验；野生型核酸酶 endA1，体内核酸酶含量较高，提取质粒时推荐使用质粒提取试剂盒中去蛋白液以去除菌体内大量的核酸酶。本产品采用优化的电转感受态制备工艺，使用 pUC19 标准质粒检测，转化效率高达 1.0×10^10 cfu/µg DNA。
