DL-Stbl3化学感受态细胞来源于E.coli HB101菌株，是慢病毒载体系统推荐使用菌株，可有效抑制长片段末端重复区的重组。该菌株经特殊工艺制备而成，使用pUC19质粒检测，转化效率>1×10^9 cfu/µg。
