过敏性疾病免疫调控研究：针对哮喘、过敏性鼻炎等过敏性疾病，可检测 Eotaxin/CCL11、Eotaxin-2/CCL24 对嗜酸性粒细胞的趋化作用，分析其在气道炎症浸润中的关键角色；同时结合 IL-4、IL-10 等 Th2 型细胞因子的表达水平，以及 CTACK/CCL27 对皮肤淋巴细胞的趋化效应，揭示过敏反应中免疫细胞活化与炎症介质释放的调控机制，为过敏性疾病的诊断标志物筛选与治疗靶点开发提供支持。

基于 Luminex 液相芯片
