④ 释放的DNA染料结合DNA产生绿色荧光信号（Ex/Em:488nm/525nm）

Detection Principle
The kit specifically recognizes the DEVD cleavage sequence of Caspase 3/7:
① Caspase 3/7 Green penetrates cell membranes into the cytoplasm
② The reagent itself is non-fluorescent and repels DNA charges
③ Activated Caspase 3/7 cleaves the reagent during apoptosis
④ Released DNA dye binds to DNA, generating green fluorescence signal (Ex/Em: 488nm/525nm)
