产品描述
白介素2(IL2)是一种主要由活化T细胞产生的免疫调节细胞因子，在体内主要起到促进T淋巴细胞和NK细胞的增殖，促进B细胞分化增殖，促进抗体生成等作用，在机体免疫应答、免疫调节和抗肿瘤免疫中具有重要作用。
本试剂盒采用夹心法检测IL2含量，试剂盒中有IL2 Standard以及两株特异性识别IL2的单克隆抗体，其中一株抗体偶联Eu(供体，Anti-IL2-Eu)，另一株抗体偶联A3(受体，Anti-IL2-A3)。当两株抗体同时与IL2结合时，Anti-IL2-Eu和Anti-IL2-A3距离靠近，可发生荧光共振能量转移(FRET)。使用320/340 nm的激发光激发荧光供体，供体发射620 nm的光，此620 nm的光激发荧光受体，受体发射出665 nm的光。样本中待测IL2浓度与FRET信号值(665 nm/620 nm的光强度比值)成正比。
