产品描述
Bio-Lite Plus Luciferase Assay System是一种高灵敏度、稳定、均质的萤火虫荧光素酶报告基因检测试剂盒。本试剂盒中含有高纯度的荧光素(Luciferin)和经过优化的反应试剂，使得反应更加稳定，对环境的耐受性更强，且无异味。直接在细胞培养物中加入混合后的DD1208检测试剂使细胞裂解，释放出荧光素酶，即可产生如图1所示的反应，发出稳定的光信号。
如图2所示，本试剂盒中含有溶液和底物两个组分，将混合后的Bio-Lite Pius检测试剂等体积加入到细胞培养物中，3 min后即可进行检测。本试剂盒产生的信号强度高，半衰期通常可达55 min，且不受酶浓度影响。

储存条件

混合前:
Bio-Lite Plus Luciferase Assay Buffer可在室温保存90天(>90%活性)或在2~ 8℃长期保存;
Bio-Lite Plus Luciferase Assay Substrate可在室温保存21天或在2 ~ 8℃保存90天(> 85%活性)。
混合后:
Bio-Lite Plus检测试剂可在室温保存1天(> 80%活性)或在2~8℃保存5天(>85%活性)。
反复冻融10个循环仍可保持稳定，未使用完的试剂可于-20℃保存60天，若长期不用建议于-70℃保存。
